First of all, we want to say thank you so much. You were amazing and your plan worked! And it did not just work for a few weeks or a few months, our son is going on 1-year-old now and he has been napping on his own and sleeping through the night since we did your training at 4 months old. When I first told other moms and friends, the most common reaction I received was: "oh just wait, wait until they get teeth or get sick or their sleep cycles change and it won't work anymore." So I waited, my fingers crossed this would not be true, and it wasn't true. Your sleep plan is more personalized and it works amazingly. Our son was almost 8 months old, sleeping in our bed still, nursed to sleep, and nursed throughout the night, usually 3 times. For naps, he would only sleep in the car or on my lap for 30 minutes tops! We kept hoping he would just learn to sleep better, but we realized it wasn't getting any better. Rather than us trying to guess at how to sleep coach, or doing this piecemeal we figured it was a good investment to call a professional. It literally changed our lives, no joke! The first night, he slept 13 hours straight and we had to wake him up at 8 am! I never expected that. Pretty well every night since he is asleep in under 10 mins, barely cries at all, sleeps 12 hours straight and naps consistently, sometimes for up to 2 hours. When we contacted Tamara we were feeling hopeless that things could ever improve with our son’s sleep. We were co-sleeping most of the time (I know, I know) and he was waking up every two hours all night long. Our son slept through the night at 8 months to 2 years and 4 months. I didn't know what to think or do when he began waking up 6 times a night. My husband and I would take turns sleeping on the ground in his room. Then we just let him sleep in our bed when he would wake. We were exhausted! After 4 weeks of this I called Tamara. She was so great! So calm and understanding. She created a sleep plan for our son and we began the process. It wasn't easy but it worked! I felt like giving up but Tamara was so supportive with call and email support I stuck with it. Now my son is sleeping through the night. The program is worth it! Our toddler would wake up every night around 11pm and when we had a newborn, rather than fighting with the toddler to get back to his bed, we allowed him to sleep with us for almost 3 months. In short, we created a monster but enter our hero (Tamara) who came along and in just over 2 weeks had our little guy sleeping through the night in his own bed!!! Tamara was amazing right from day 1, extremely caring and easy to talk to. We just about gave up around day 12 of the sleep training but she assured us we were making great progress and without her experience and support we would not have our evenings back and a toddler who is well rested and happier than he’s ever been. The only regret we have after working with Tamara is that we didn’t call her sooner! My husband and I attempted to sleep train our 7-month old daughter on our own and we felt lost. After a month of reading sleep books and trying different methods, we were still struggling, especially with day time naps, and my anxiety over listening to her cry with little results was eating at me. Tamara’s expertise took all the guess work out of the process! After 6 days, she was putting herself to sleep, sleeping 11-12 hours overnight and naps were no longer 30-minute cat naps! Hooray! I can't recommend Tamara enough. I was hesitant to sleep train at all, but from the very first phone call, she made me feel comfortable and helped me to see the importance of teaching my daughters to become healthy sleepers. Throughout the process, she was very professional and extremely helpful—she picked up on some subtle (and some not-so-subtle) habits we were guilty of, and pointed out how they might be affecting our babies' chances of sleeping well.
We noticed the effects of the program after the very first night, with the best nap day of our girls' lives. As the program continued, the sleeps got longer and longer and now that we're finished, I'm happy to report that both the adults and the babies in this house are sleeping through the night. All I can say is: just call. The money is worth your sanity (which is waiting for you... it's only a few nights away!). You won't regret this decision.

"We like to send a very sincere thank you for your guidance and support. It has had the single most significant impact on the quality of our lives since the girls were born. When our girls' sleep started to become progressively more challenging, we had tried our best to get it back on track, with little luck - if anything, it became worse! I knew that lack of sleep and a difficult bedtime were hard on us, as a family, but I didn't realize how much of an impact, until we no longer had to fight to put kids to bed, followed by attending to frequent night wakings. With two babies in the house, the need to sleep for all of us became priority, as I started to get anxiety over bedtime and dread the nights. Since our girls have started to sleep better, they have become much happier babies - and subsequently, because we are getting better sleep, I feel more clear-headed in the morning, ready to enjoy the girls and their brother, rather than feel continually run-down with very little patience. What surprised me was how quickly they responded during the process of sleep-training. I had envisioned ten days of sleepless nights and torturous bouts of crying, however, after the first day, napping improved, and by day three, the evenings and nights had improved tenfold. One night I will never forget - the first night that the kids were all in bed by 7:30 - we were at a loss what to do with ourselves as we hadn't had a free night in 6 months, let alone a night that wasn't consumed with hours of crying, screaming or very fussy babies. The house was so quiet! I wish we had called you sooner. I also want to acknowledge that the methods used to sleep train our girls were gentle, as well as supportive of their needs. The gradual progression to helping them learn to self-sooth allowed for our own judgements, as parents, which helped me feel more comfortable with following through with our sleep training plan. The plan recognized that each girl had different needs, and thus required different care. There were very few moments where we didn't know what to do, as we had a well - defined plan for each baby and we were all on the same page - which I think also assisted in helping them sleep better, more quickly. Having access to your support for two weeks was more than enough time to troubleshoot anything that we didn't know how to navigate. I have since recommended sleep training with Tamara to a few other moms whose babies are struggling with sleep issues of their own. Again, I cannot say enough - I didn't realize how exhausted I was and how difficult things had become until things changed and we didn't have to do those long nights anymore. I am also able to have time throughout the day, as the girls are napping longer, and more predictably! I can confidently say that this was the best decision for our family that we could have ever made, to date. Thank you again; we couldn't have done this without you."
Triple the Fun

We have 2.5-year-old triplets, and up until now, created some very negative sleep crutches. Our mentality was that of survival; however, after 2.5 half years my husband and I decided it was finally time to train them. We had hired a sleep trainer in the past and it did not work. The previous trainer used the 'crying out' method, something we are not comfortable with. Right off the bat Tamara put our fears to ease. The method was much more calming, and the kids were not left crying into the night. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We can now happily say all of our kids now put themselves to bed, and stay in bed until the 'sun comes out'. We highly recommend Tamara!
